The Canon EOS R6 Mark III is built around a 32.5 megapixel CMOS sensor paired with Canon's DIGIC X processor, and is capable of capturing 7K video and stills at up to 40 frames per second.

This full frame RF mount mirrorless camera has multiple subject detection Dual Pixel CMOS AF II phase detection focussing covering almost the full frame with 1053 zones, and gives improved subject recognition and tracking. The pre-capture function can capture frames before the shutter is released, helping with capture timing. The R6 III has in-body Image Stabilisation offering up to 8.5 stops of compensation from camera shake, an ISO range of 100-64000 (extendable to 102400), and 40 frames per second continuous shooting (using the electronic shutter, or 12fps with the mechanical shutter).

Video features have been beefed up on the R6 II and include Open Gate 7K 60p RAW and 4K 120p recording. The R6 III also has Dual card slots (CFexpress Type B & UHS-II SD), and 5GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
