Unfortunately, it appears that RGB are no longer trading.
Sad news, they had some of the best reviews Ive seen.

I bought my Sony 70-300 G from RGB when the price was ay down at £475. They provided a hassle free service and I would definitely use them again.

Ordered a Canon 24-105 as it was the right price £750, arrived next day by Royal Mail 24 hour express service. It came in a white box so I suspected it had been split from a 5DMkII kit, which was later confirmed by the RGB. I think this should have been stated on the website, I was expecting a lens in its own box. Also no warranty card, RGB say Canon no longer put them the box, not sure if that is true. If you are worried about receiving a kit lens then I would would check with them first.

Traded in my Nikon D200 for a D300s. The Sales staff were very helpfull, with a good knowledge of photography. The camera was dispatched & received the following day.

I also ordered a used Nikon 16-85mm DX Vr, along with A MB D10, which was also delivered the following day.

Would definately recommend RGB, and use them again.

As usual, ordered late one afternoon, delivered at 12 noon the next. Great price, brilliant service.

I made my first purchase from RGB this week after reading the many excellent reviews on here and I have to say Im glad I did.
I ordered a news lens at 11.30am Wednesday and was astonished when it arrived at 10.30 Thursday.
Free postage and the lowest price on the web, Im delighted.
PS. The lens (Sigma 120-400) is a cracker!, Im going to post a separate review when its had a bit more use.

I noticed they had a Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 without motor for £200, probably one of the few places that still had them in stock, I thought?

I emailed them and they had sold out, but offered me one with motor for £220, at the time of writing this they are generally selling for above £330.

I realise the new VC model is replacing this but most places are still trying to gouge as much as they can for the old model, if anything they cost more now.

Arranged everything over the phone, it arrived the next day.

I have a feeling this is a genuine, privately owned shop where they care about treating people right.

Ordered a Nikon AF-S DX VR 55-200mm f/4-5.6G on 27 Jan 2010. Delivered next morning. Good commnication throughout. Best price available for UK sourced Nikon Lens. Will always check RGB Photo first when buying anymore equipment.

Just a quick feedback following a problem with my D300s I bought from RGB a couple of weeks ago (see review below)

I called RGB (for advice really) after discovering a minor fault with my D300s. Graham was really helpful and after confirminga minor issue, promised to swap the body for another new one. I dropped the parcel into the local parcelforce office where RGB had faxed all the paperwork, it was returned to them and a new body sent out same day via 24hr courier.

There was no fuss and no real hassle for me, all sorted out politely, quickly and efficiently. This is all I could have asked for. These guys manage to do everything right - great prices, good advice AND great backup service. 10/10!

My first buying experience from RGB, although I has spoken with them a few times in the past and always got good honest inpartial advice.

Just received my D300s - great price, friendly service (thanks Dan!), very well packaged and arrived on time. Brilliant!! If only all companies were this good.

Called them on 4th Nov for some pricing info. Followed it up with a query by email on the 5th. They called me back that afternoon and spent 15 minutes discussing my question (advising) - very helpful people. I ordered at 9.20am on Friday the 6th and my kit arrived next day at 9am (on a Saturday - theyre not even supposed to deliver on Saturdays). Cant fault the service. Also cant fault the price - cheapest (not by a lot, but still cheapest) for a D300S, way cheapest for the new version of the 18-200 lens. Postage free. Would definitely recommend based on the service Ive had.

Pre-ordered 7D with 15-85 kit lens. Excellent communication when they were receiving deliveries and beat the best price by miles and was even cheaper than what I had pre-ordered at.

Excellent service, it is a shame that more stores werent this good. Highly recommended and have no doubts about ordering from them again.

I have used RGB for several items (10-20 lens, tripod, backpack and more) and each time they have been very knowledgeable and friendly. Never just tried to sell something, always took time to understand what I wanted/needed and advised appropriately (in fact, they sold me a tripod that was cheaper than the one I thought I wanted - and it was great advise for me, and a great tripod which does suit me and my gear perfectly).

I also use them now for all of my printing, and again their service, products and quality is second to none in my experience.

I used this shop for the first time recently when I purchased a Canon 5D Mark 2.

Not only are their prices competitive but they stay in touch with the people who keep them in business - their customers.

During the long wait for the 5D Mark 2 I had many discussions with the team - and it is clear that all share a passion for photography.

I know some of the major camera manufacturers have been less than generous with ther allocations to RGB, but they really need to know that many camera enthusiasts are turning to RGB instead of the big high street names.

Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Nikon D700 from RGB tech.
I had preordered the camera a few weeks in advance and received an email 2 days before they arrived in stock.

The people I spoke to were very courteous and helpful.
The price was extremely competitive and I wont have any hesitation to use them again!

I bought my 5D from RGB Tech & the guy there was very helpful.
Explained they can deliver to another address other than the card holder address, and that the 5D would come in a kit lens box, but it would be just the 5D.

I bought the camera around the time of Canons Cashback offer, and had no problems with my cashback.

Will use RGBTech again!

I have bought quite a lot of equipment from RGB and I have always found them courteous, knowledgeable and competitively priced. On one occasion I even had a free Photoshop lesson. Excellent shop. Keep up the good work, Graeme and Co.

Poor response to a complaint I made when I ordered a 5D body but received one from a kit. They insisted I had been told they take the lenses out, but I hadnt (otherwise I wouldnt have wasted my time!!) So, make sure you check all details about what you are buying and you may then benefit from some keen prices.
