Basically; all good...

Ive been using 7 Day Shop since 2004, Ive spend about £1500 with them. In that time Ive had a few minor problems, but these were resolved quickly. The postage is a little slow, but this is a minor quibble; as long as I order in good time Ill get the stuff I need (which is normally film, batteries, etc) at a good price.

But Delivery options are very misleading paying £4-95 for delivery upgrade, doesnt get goods sent via next day delivery etc . it only gets your goods moved up the queue in the warehouse at the picking stage, so a waste of £4-95 basically,(or a con depending on your point of view ?) as it will still take 3 to 5 days for your goods to arrive.

Used them many times over the years for films and more recently for ink cartridges. Usually pretty reliable, last order came within 3 days, sometimes thay have taken about 10 days. Did have one order of 10 films and only received 9 but they did refund the cost. Would not use for buying cameras and lenses though.

Bought Camlink batteries and charger from 7dayshop.

One of the batteries leaked in the charger during the charge cycle (battery fault).

7dayshop replaced the charger and refunded the batteries.

I have had nothing but excellent fast service from this company - even when I have had to return faulty items.

Had an SDHC card go faulty and let them know, I sent it back and they refunded me no problem. I have bought other stuff from them and they are always competitively priced.

Cheap, reliable and quick delivery on several items (many cheap but one or two expensive lenses) over the past few years. No problems at all. Stocked ranges seem to constantly change but from my experience Ive never failed to receive anything which they claim is in stock at the time.

Bought lots of oddsnsods paper ink filters etc all small items. Excellent service quality and efficient so far. 100%. Will always check them first.

Be aware of grey imports and dodgy marketing tactics!

7Dayshop continually post the canon 24-105 lens at a price cheaper then anywhere else yet when you contact them about it they say they do not have the item!
This is obviously to attract people from the price comparison websites such as this.

I montitor this lens price at least twice a day on camerapricebuster waiting for it to drop back down again (hopeful!). 7dayshop have now listed it as the cheapest on 2 occassions and when I contact them, that very morning only shortly after they could have listed it, they state they do not list or stock the item!

I had similar issues with them when the 350D came out a long time ago. Discovered that although they listed the 350D it was actually the USA version, Rebel, that they had in stock. Through calls and emails I fianlly got this information out of them, but they didnt change the listing so a few people were conned into buying the wrong version.

Used many times without a problem with supply or delivery. I did have a product (tripod) which broke during the warranty and it was replaced without fuss promptly. Recommended.

Purchased a Canon 1.4 Extender. Good price and speedy delivery. I have never had a problem with 7dayshop, recommended.

Excellent for a range of goods all competitively priced and also lots of bargains. Have bought many items from them over the years from memory cards to a lens. Postage is cheap especially on multiple orders - one modest charge for the whole lot. You will commonly find much higher p&p from mainland dealers. Once had a faulty CF card it got replaced no problem. Delivery is as quick as youd expect from the post office and if you need next day theres a more expensive option. 7Dayshop have become a slick operation and until the day I could experience a problem I shall say, I deal with them with confidence.

Very cheap, delivery seems quicker then most mainland based suppliers and the P&P is very reasonable. If I had one negative thing to say about them, it would be that the two compact cameras I have bought from them in the past were grey imports from the US, The boxes are opened at the warehouse and a UK plug and cable is added by them. So when getting something expensive like a lens, make sure it has "UK Stock" marked on the listing.

Very fast and very cheap.
P&P charge are reasonable too

Ive been using 7dayshop for over 3 years and have purchased items ranging from a 99p card holder to Canon lenses. They have always offered an excellent service, once having received a faulty lens, they dispatched a replacement before having received the faulty one back. Great service all around.

Great supplier for digital camera accessories like batteries and memory. But they also stock pro items like large 5-in-1 reflectors (metre diam)at a fraction of the price found elsewhere.

Ive used 7Dayshop on a number of occasions, mainly for small items, and they have provided excellent service.
However, I recently had a faulty memory card that I needed to return. I emailed them and they responded quickly with a link to their returns form and instructions. I posted the card off, and next morning, before 9am, I received another email acknowledging receipt of the card and saying my account had been credited with a refund. It has been said the true measure of a company is how it deals with problems, and I think this is really outstanding service.

Great site, easy to use, separate packaging can be a pain on larger orders, but a very small price to pay for highly competitive prices. Postage can take time at busy times of the year, so try to plan ahead, but great postage policy which does not penalise larger or multiple orders. Split order processing is good, so they will only deduct payment when items are finally shipped. Kit list is extensive and growing all the time, nice to see larger items back on sale.

Ive used 7 Day Shop lots of times and found everthing that I needed and as the right price. Usually difficult to find stuff. Shipping has always been fast and reasonable cost.

Have bought many items of all sorts, incl. camera gear, over a number of years and has been hassle-free every time. Highly recommended

Very good value for money. However if you buy 2 or 3 of the same higher value items they all come seperately in the post. Also be prepared to wait a while if theyre out of stock. They now appear to be able to sell Canon once again and it is reasonably priced. Well worth shopping with them.
