Ordered a Pentax Q 05 lens from them and they cancelled, saying that it has been discontinued.
Ricoh Imaging (owners of Pentax) most emphatically inform me this is not the case.

If you are going to cancel an order, dont lie.

Just bought a Canon EOS 550D body from them and unlike many other advertisers they did have it in stock and at the cheapest price of £599. They answered my emails very quickly. They despatched the camera by next day recorded delivery which was FREE. It was well packaged and I would certainly use ABC again.

V Impressed, I made my order at 11:30pm, only for my order to be dispatched at 10:30am the next morning, good start. And then, although I only used 3 working day deliver (a very reasonably priced £2.50 for my large lowepro backpack) the item was delivered less than 24 hours after dispatch (10am the following day).
Based on this one experience I would def use again. c

I tried to order a Tamrac camera bag from here based on the lowest price finder on this website. I received an email a day or so later informing me that the item was out of stock :-( . Today Ive received an email informing me that the item is no longer available, but I can have an alternative for £20 more. Call me a cynic, but this looks remarkably like the bait and switch scam to me. Could be an coincidence, but I wont be shopping at ABC Digital Cameras again.

I would also like to apologise that we had not contacted you earlier about this, sadly we were only informed about this today. We do however have the Tamrac 5587 Expedition 7x backpack in stock which is the NEW replacement to this model. This is currently priced at £157.99 but as a gesture of goodwill we can do this backpack for your for just £99.99. If you could please let us know if you wish to change your order to this model or cancel the order that would be great.
