Its pretty darned good really; I was after the Panasonic pancake lens for my Olympus E-PL1 but managed to get the GF-2 kit including camera body for around the same price as the lens only. JPEGs are almost as good as from the Olympus but the GF-2 camera is far easier and more intuituive to use. The touch screen interface takes a bit of getting used to, but the touch-to-focus-and-shoot feature can be invaluable; just a quick finger to the rear LCD on the part of the photo that you want to be in sharp focus, and its done - focus achieved and shot taken in the blink of an eyelid. The camera is also small enough to fit in a jacket pocket and isnt that heavy. There are plenty of customisable features, so it is similar to a DSLR in many respects, but far easier and lighter to carry round with you. Overall, a very good buy indeed.
